Growing up as the only child, cooking didn’t play a big part in the family of 2 members, me and mum. In a big busy bustling hustling city like Bangkok, restaurant or food stalls hopping were rather our kitchen.

I watched my grandma cook whenever we went back to South of Thailand. Mainly authentic Southern dishes, famously known for the spiciest tongue among all the regions.

I am however always a big fan of delish foods! I love Thai, Japanese, Mexican, American cuisines with plenty of spices! And I am so blessed to be in Bangkok where eating culture prevails.

Moving to the Philippines & becoming a housewife, was originally a great challenge for me. But I think there is always a passion in good food in me which helps me want to learn more cooking.

So I started exploring this necessary cooking talent and totally fell in love with it! I have been trying all kinds of recipes from different types of cuisine. The best thing about it is the plates or lunch box come back empty!

At this point, I would like to see myself as a cook intern! And I’m always in a process of learning. One day, I would love to open my own restaurant serving my own created recipes with good coffee selection!
